  • Develop and maintain a vetted contractor roster of System Engineers, A1s, A2s, and RF techs
  • Oversee gear prep and deprep workflows, ensuring all audio equipment is show-ready and accurately tracked in inventory
  • Manage repairs, maintenance schedules, service logs, and vendor relationships related to audio equipment
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Advance Managers, and Production Leads to ensure accurate pulls, pack lists, and deployment grids
  • Maintain and enforce department documentation, presets, labeling standards, network schemes, and engineering practices
  • Oversee audio archiving, rack builds, touring packages, and show-specific configurations
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure audio gear is stored, charged, updated, and maintained properly
  • Support the training and development of new techs, freelancers, and cross-department collaborators
  • Ensure all audio systems are deployed safely and efficiently according to industry standards
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies, gear investments, and improvements to keep 46 Entertainment on the forefront of audio excellence

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional audio experience, including live sound system design, tuning, and mixing
  • Expert-level knowledge of DiGiCo, Yamaha, and modern digital audio consoles
  • Strong proficiency in Dante, AVB, networked audio, RF coordination, and large-scale signal flow
