Position Overview:
The Production Manager’s primary focus will be overseeing all production management of shows, concerts, tours, and other events through 46 Entertainment.
- LEAD | The oversight and management of various types of live production events through 46 Entertainment
- COLLABORATE | With clients, the rest of the team at 46 Entertainment, vendors, and contractors to ensure the events are a complete success for the client
- MAINTAIN | Organizational management and develop relationships with vendors, contractors, and current and future clients
Key Responsibilities:
- The production manager is in charge of making sure all of the production elements of a performance go smoothly
- This includes overseeing the audio, staging, lighting, video, tour production staff, props, stagehands, power source, and pretty much all other logistics
- The production manager will ultimately be responsible for making sure every show, tour, concert, or event is a complete success for the client
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Director of Asset Inventory to oversee our warehouse operations for live entertainment gear. The Director of Asset Inventory will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the maintenance and availability of our equipment to support our clients’ needs. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all equipment and supplies, including tracking usage, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
- Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate the logistics for equipment delivery and retrieval, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
- Maintenance Oversight: Schedule and oversee the regular maintenance and repair of all gear, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition and ready for use.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment needs, providing recommendations and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Budget Management: Manage the warehouse budget, including procurement, repairs, and staffing costs, while optimizing resource utilization.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Technology Utilization: Implement and utilize inventory management software and other technological tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
