We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the seamless preparation, maintenance, and return of event production gear. This role is critical to the success of our events and requires a leader with strong logistical, technical, and team management skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Gear Preparation & De-Preparation
• Oversee the preparation of equipment for events, ensuring all gear is tested, complete,
and show-ready.
• Manage the de-preparation process, including returning, inspecting, and restocking gear.
• Collaborate with the Asset Manager to maintain accurate tracking of gear movement.
Coordination & Scheduling
• Lead meetings with Production Managers to review pull lists and ensure requirements are
accurate.
• Schedule labor as needed in coordination with the Asset Manager for efficient warehouse
operations.
Equipment Maintenance
• Ensure all gear is regularly cleaned, maintained, and in optimal working condition.
• Work with the Asset Manager to manage repairs and minimize downtime.
Team Leadership
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Support the Warehouse Technician in resolving technical issues during gear prep and
return.
Operational Excellence
• Develop and refine workflows to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Ensure inventory is accurately maintained using Flex inventory management software.
Problem Solving & Decision-Making
• Proactively resolve issues related to equipment condition, availability, or logistics.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to align expectations.
Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain documentation related to inventory, maintenance, and warehouse operations.
• Provide regular operational updates to senior management.
What You’ll Need:
• Proven experience as a warehouse manager in live events, entertainment, or a related
industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of production gear: audio, video, lighting, staging, etc.
• Familiar with inventory and event management tools (e.g., Flex).

The Operations Manager oversees all warehouse and asset operations at 46 Entertainment, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, efficient resource use, and consistent delivery of high-quality event gear and logistics. This position provides top-level leadership and strategic oversight for the Warehouse Manager, Asset Manager, and Warehouse Technician, ensuring the day-to-day usage of assets and deployments are organized, efficient, and aligned with company standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Warehouse Oversight
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all warehouse operations.
- Support the Warehouse Manager in ensuring all gear preparation, de-preparation, and logistics are executed efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor workflow, labor allocation, and timelines to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Asset Management & Logistics
- Partner with the Asset Manager to track, maintain, and manage company inventory systems.
- Oversee and enforce asset management policies, maintenance logs, and repair documentation.
- Ensure all equipment is accurately scanned, tracked, and documented in inventory software.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Lead operational meetings with Production Managers and Warehouse leadership to align on pull lists, timelines, and event needs.
- Ensure clear communication between production, logistics, and warehouse teams.
- Support scheduling and forecasting for labor, trucking, and gear requirements for upcoming events.
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide guidance and accountability for the Warehouse Manager, Asset Manager, and Warehouse Technician.
- Develop goals and performance expectations for warehouse and asset teams.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture that promotes efficiency, accuracy, and growth.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
- Implement and refine workflows, logistics systems, and asset tracking processes.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and asset operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and create solutions to optimize space, time, and labor utilization.
Budgeting & Resource Management
- Assist in forecasting and managing departmental budgets for labor, maintenance, and equipment.
- Track operational expenses, ensuring cost-effective decisions.
- Ensure responsible use of company assets and financial resources.
- Assist in all purchasing of new assets and implementation of those assets
Safety & Compliance
- Oversee compliance with company and legal safety standards.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all employees.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in live events or the entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving event excellence.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional budgeting and financial management skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of event production elements, including audio, video, lighting, staging, and technical equipment.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools

hear from you! In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and the broader production team to execute top-tier events. Expect a fast-paced environment with plenty of variety and a great team to collaborate with. This is a remote role with some travel required depending on the season.
What You’ll Be Doing:
● Scheduling & Coordination: Create and manage production schedules, timelines, and
calendars across multiple events. Keep everyone on the same page and ahead of
deadlines.
● Logistics Support: Assist with booking travel, ordering supplies, catering, managing
shipping logistics, and coordinating on-site setup needs for events.
● Production Documentation: Help prepare run-of-show documents, production binders,
crew schedules, call sheets, and packing lists.
● Vendor & Crew Coordination: Support the communication and organization of
freelancers, vendors, and contractors under the direction of the Project Manager.
● Administrative Tasks: Manage file organization in Dropbox, monitor deadlines in
Monday.com, and support contract tracking, NDAs, and insurance documents.
● Payment Processing: Assist with managing, tracking, and submitting payments for
vendors and contractors. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and
accurate processing.
● On-Site Support: Travel to events to support load-in, rehearsals, show execution, and
load out, as needed..
What You’ll Need:
● Prior experience supporting live events, production, or operations teams.
● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
● Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
● Familiarity with (or ability to learn) platforms like Monday.com, Dropbox, and Ramp.
● Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including some nights/weekends during
event execution.
● Ability to work Central Time Zone hours (even if located elsewhere).
